I will say this as much as I possibly can-
*You must always be willing and able to back up the natural process with a surgical abortion if needed. This is your body. You must take care of it. That means if medical intervention becomes necessary, please do not put yourself in danger. You simply go to your doctor or other health care worker and tell them you are having a miscarriage and they do the rest.
*There is a difference between tea, infusion, tincture and essential oils! I will usually BOLD whichever word applies, but not all sites do. BE CAREFUL!!!
*I am not a fan of PENNYROYAL. Nothing against it, but I just don't find it necessary for a couple of reasons. One of those reasons is that if the mistake is made and someone takes the OIL it can be deadly. Ingestion of pennyroyal in all forms is toxic and can really cause you to get sick. I have seen many successful terminations without it's use.
*ALWAYS perform a followup pregnancy test a week after the bulk of the contents of the uterus have been emptied, or the 'heaviness' of the period stops. (personal story: I herbally terminated a pregnancy, or it seemed so, and weeks later I ended up in the emergency room with a tubal pregnancy rupture, all because I did not follow up with a 2nd test)
